I like the chairs they have in their waiting room. They are of very good quality and very comfortable - and there are so many of them that you do not feel like you are on top of the next person to be seen. I was very pleased with the level of service I received. Dr. Nickles is warm and compassionate and makes you feel like you are important in his eyes. I will absolutely be going back. I prefer going in person rather than calling although the one time I called, I received a phone call back the same day. I have not had any problems scheduling an appointment.. No one has ever suggested that I buy anything. What would I buy, anyway? They are always very considerate and professional. It is so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed or that have scheduled too any patients for the day and the wait was ridiculous. This staff is pleasant and professional and helpful. I have found the best doctor I have ever seen and I'll definitely be going back.
