Doctor' Rosenheck's nurse was very unprofessional. My medical situation was discussed in the outer office area. which made me feel very embarrassed by the lack of privacy I received. The NURSE had a problem issuing me a medical note for being out of work because she felt an endoscopy did not warrant any time off of work (I am now scheduled for a second endoscopy due to ongoing problem ,but I am now reluctant to take because if I have any problems I will be too stress out wondering if I meet this nurses approval.


Dr. Rosenheck is a very excellent doctor with great bed side manners. However,
if the office staff is not of the same standard I feel that's a very big problem.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
