I really like Dr. DiMaio. I really enjoy the attention he gives as well as the nurse practitioner Susan. However, the receptionist there treated me so horribly today that I may need to find another doctor. How sad that a receptionist can force me to feel so uncomfortable that I will leave a doctor I've seen since I was 5. I'd really appreciate some contact by this doctor or the office to resolve this situation. I am horrified at how rude this girl was to me...she actually Hung up on me.
