They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They have become very dear friends. I've been with him from the very beginning of his office career. Even though I have moved away from Palmyra I still travel to see to see them.
