I went to Dr Flores with terribly swollen and painful tonsils, aches, and a severe headache. I was examined by a med student with no supervision. He used the same probe for my nose and ear without changing the tip and wasted my time asking every question I had just answered on forms. He had no notes or forms with him for the exam. What's far worse, Dr. Flores NEVER examined me and did not even take the advice of the student who did. The student told me he would do a flu test. Instead Flores later entered the room, ignored the majority of my symtoms, and without any exam diagnosed the wrong condition and prescribed the wrong antibiotic, even after I requested a different one, based on my knowledge from a family of pharmacists. After 10 days on his Rx it took only 5 days for my serious throat infection to return with much worse symptoms. Flores never even looked in my throat, in spite of complaints of great pain and swelling, blaming it on post-nasal drip, and treated me for a sinus infection because I had a headache. He spoke to me more about his recommendation that I should switch to his office and leave my internist, (whom I could unfortunately not get to see that day), than he did about my symptoms. Now, less than 3 weeks later, I am sick again with the same condition (clearly not a sinus infection), and must miss days of work with an overwhelming sore throat and achy body.
DO NOT USE THIS DR.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
