my name is Mr. Luis Rios. At a point. I had made decision to change my family doctor. To see if I could get a better care. so I choose Virtual Clinic in Camden and they assign me to Doctor Brooks. on that very same day . he did the same thing as the other Doctors before.( He had stood me off). He had forgotten about me. left me in the room for at least one hour. little to say I told him from the beginning. that that was the reason why I had changed doctors. he said that we will not start in the wrong foot. anyways they gave me an appointment for May 13 at 1:15pm .so I arrived before time and guess what. I was stood up once again. It seems that these Doctors don't care about the patience health all they see on us are DOLLARS SIGNS. is a shame maybe if I lived in a better township like cherry hill or Haddonfield. I would of gotten better treated . I am giving my hopes up when it comes to Doctors in Camden County. I give him no stars

arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule I sat in the waiting room for an hour and then they put me in a room and I waited another half hour totally unacceptable I've been doing this for too long I have to find a new doctor
