The office itself was clean and was presented well and the receptionist was very nice. HOWEVER, once I got in to Dr. Kaufman I was seen for literally 5 minutes.. The majority of it was spent with him looking at paperwork. I was a new patient and had to get a full body check, especially for a specific mole that my primary care was worried about. He barely explained what it was and did not give me any time to express my concerns or questions. The body check was less than a minute I'd say and all he told me was that I needed to get checked once a year to keep an eye on the irregular mole. I did NOT feel as though he cared one bit about my concerns/questions. I felt rushed the second I was called into the room..I will not be going to him again and will most likely be seeking a second opinion to put my mind at ease so I can have all my questions answered thoroughly.
