They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
