The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. Their staff wasn't understanding or helpful at all. It seemed like they were going out of their way to ignore me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They didn't want to listen to any of my input or concerns. Every time I tried to say anything, they just cut me off or dismissed my opinions. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. The doctor basically rushed through the appointment, dismissed my comments and concerns and was smug and cocky throughout the entire visit. He didn't even care that I was in extreme pain, he basically treated me as if I was a drug seaker and made me feel like I was a psycho and faking. He was impolite, rude, and very offensive. I will never see this man again. If he is this horrible to a patient while they are awake, I can imagine how he treats people when they are under anesthesia
