Dr. Jacobs did my back surgery back in 1996. I was immediately better and have never needed another surgery. He is the absolute BEST.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
