Wow! After waiting an hour and 45 minutes to see this doctor.. She came busting through the exam room door, no knock or anything.. startled me after being in there 20 minutes.. I said "Hi how are you?" no answer as she flipped thru my chart ( by the way she had my records over two weeks and required ALL reports, testing results, dr referrals, etc. in her office BEFORE you could make an appt,then you wait several weeks to see her) then I said " thanks for seeing me today", still no answer as she huffed and puffed while flipping thru my chart. Then looks up and snottily asks "why are you here today" with a look that could kill and a sneer on her face.. Obviously I was sent to her by my doctor as I told her and as she should know from my admission paperwork and the reports and records she had. She came over and flopped my breasts around roughly as she huffed and puffed "where are the lumps I dont feel them" maybe if she slowed down and stopped flopping them around she would.. Anyway this women acted as if i wasnt worthy of seeing her as i I WAS WASTING HER TIME, even though she had wasted two hours of mine... Absolutely unbelieveable!! She left the exam room abruptly nobody said thanks goodbye nothing whatsoever, not even front desk. I just got up and walked out.. Is this what women at high risk for breast cancer and those WITH cancer have to deal with?? Absolutely unacceptable! AND I see on the internet that Im not the only one that has had this experience! I wouldn't even give one star if that was my choice!!

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
