Dr. Briggs installed a new right-shoulder for me in 2006. It's been 8 years now and my shoulder has never been better... Dr. Briggs and his surgical team encountered significant unanticipated problems during my surgery. It should have taken 2+ hours but in fact took over 5.5 hours because he refused to 'rush' to completion. Dr. Briggs and his team took their time to correct the problems in my shoulder and made sure the appliance was properly positioned and anchored before closing me up. Now, 8 years later, at almost 60 years old, I can throw a football for the first time since 1980. My pain is non-existent....still. My 'quality-of-life' is the best it's been since 1980. I can play ball with my grand-kids...practice my martial arts...lift weights...play keyboards... All the other orthopedic surgeons I consulted prior to my surgery warned me away from 'all' strenuous activities and were not worried about my quality-of-life.... Dr. Briggs took the position that if I was careful with my rehabilitation and worked my way slowly back over the 12 months after the surgery I'd be fine. He was right...the other doctors were wrong. I can't say 'THANK YOU' enough to Dr. Briggs for his patience and care....his skills & professionalism. One more time.... Thank You Dr. Briggs. My wife thanks you too! She's got her man back.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
