The doctor always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He always listens to every question or concern I may have. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Dr. Tran makes sure to treat all clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. He is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care. The only negative about this doctor is his staff. The lady up front is nice but gets flustered. The other girls in the back look sloppy and unprofessional, and talk amongst themselves about personal things. Some speak broken English and are difficult to understand. There are a lot of drug company sales people coming in and out. This angers me when I've been waiting an hour for my appointment. The office, outside of the exam rooms, seems chaotic with staff talking loudly. Sometimes there are employees children running around. Dr. Tran is a wonderful doctor, but he really needs to take control of his staff.
