I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. It was a little unnerving that they weren't able to answer the majority of my questions. I left feeling a bit confused and frustrated. Dr. pfau did not tell my husband to followup with his Gastroenterology procedure in 3 years, and he died beause of this.
