They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

Rhis doctor refused to even offer the option of being scoped and having a colonoscopy at the same time. His reason: He didmn't make enough money from insurance unless he did them as separate procedures. My health and safety was less important than him making some extra money.
