John Goodsell was the anesthesiologist for a simple hand surgery I had in December. I have had several surgeries and I can honestly say he is the very worst anesthesiologist I have ever experienced. I told him I get sick easily with anesthesia and still he neglected to give me anything until I woke up and got sick. He ignored what I told him and I got sick as a dog. Then the pills he gave my husband for me to take home made me even sicker. The worst part though, was when he was administering an injection into my veins, right before I passed out on the surgery table, it burned like my blood was on fire. I cannot tell you how painful and awful that was. He mentioned that I would have a little burning, but if I'd known that his "little burning" meant that I was in excruciating pain, I would have told him NO!! Seems he knows that it is painful, why use it at all on any patient. It was the worst surgical experience of my life. He is a menace to his profession. I would give him a minus 1 star rating if that was possible. I still shudder thinking of that day.
