It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are so friendly and nice-great people.
