The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I was hoping that they would have given me a more thorough explanation about my treatment's risks and benefits. I still had more questions. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.
