Awful experience! That's putting it politely. Very unprofessional staff and front desk. I went in for acne and the PA and nurse began to shove product and filler at me while openly discussing how badly I needed it. This was in between chatter about their personal lives. I called the office manager to review how I was made to feel in need of thousands of dollars of treatments due to my "aged/tired face" when there for acne and how disrespectful this was and WOW. Mary is the rudest coldest most bitter snot I've ever spoken too. Literally implied I was lying "exaggerating." And frankly by the way the speak and conducted themselves, they come across as complete flakes! Do not go there!

I received the worse customer service and medical service ever, starting from the front desk, nurse and physician assistant. I received the worse prescreening from a nurse with no bed side manner, a physician assistant who was more interested in selling product sold in their office, of course & which the way you can get cheaper from the internet, then writing a prescription. The billing account staff calling me a liar by stating I had never called their office until today even though I did previous called their office regarding my statement. As a concerned patient, I went to another Dermatologist for a second opinion and given a prescription for my dermatological need. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DERMATOLOGY OFFICE TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS, FAMILY OR
CO-WORKERS. WORSE OFFICE!!!!
