They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. The doctor is very knowledgeable about her field and thorough with treatment options. She is compassionate, and even sent an associate to see me in the hospital after I was in a car accident.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I don't think I had their full attention during my appointment. They listened to me sometimes, but they seemed to get distracted easily.
