I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Dr. Schlansky recognized emergent condition in my son upon a sick child visit, insisted I rush to St. Johns immediately, and not wait for the ambulance. Upon arrival at St. John;s, Dr. Schlansky had already called and arranged everything. We had a private room instantly and my son, his newborn sister and I were very well attended too! I credit him with saving my childs life, not once, but twice!

Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
