I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. How the receptionist looked didn't matter to me. She was efficient. The doctor listened to me each time I was there and followed up my issues at each visit. I was clearly told he did not specialize in "talk therapy" but he gave me good advice and some great destressing tools. He did adjust my meds but I in no way felt he was pushing any drugs. I NEEDED them adjusted and it helped me. That's what I went there for and that's what I got. For "talk therapy", a therapist is a better choice and I have a great one! Her name is Beth Parker and you can't find better in Columbia

DO NOT WANT is what I'd say...unless you want tons of drugs and a crap receptionist. She is what makes the visits/phonecalls unbearable. Snidey, snippety B1TCH who doesn't know the meaning of less is more in the make-up sphere. Also, they always have Glenn Beck or Limbaugh on the radio, which is horrific...and is wholly unprofessional. He couldn't care less about your problems, either, so whoever gave him a thumbs up deserves a kick up the arse. HE WANTS YOUR MONEY!!!!! Lose the receptionist, and retire....you're nearly 80 (fact).
