I've been a patient of Dr. Ladd's for as long as I can remember, over 15 years and I give her the very highest recommendation! She was referred to me by a friend of mine who also still uses her. Dr. Ladd is very competent, friendly, professional and thorough but fast. Even though no one loves these exams, I don't dread them because I know it will be painless and quick. Her office staff is great. Nikki has been her assistant as long as I can remember and she is wonderful! Super nice, informed, positive and warm. I will never go anywhere else. I had a daughter in 2011 and it was the best experience of my life. Dr. Ladd made sure I was always comfortable and had everything I needed. When I finally delivered, Dr. Ladd was there at 2:23am, bright-eyed and ready to go. She is truly the best.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were among the best I've seen. The restrooms were well-stocked at this provider's office. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
