It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They didn't tell me any of the side effects that would come with my medication, or any of the risks that were possible with my procedure. I was only told about the benefits and why I needed it. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
