They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
