They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.. I went in to the appointment with so many questions, and they weren't able to answer any of them. They had no idea what they were doing. Dr. Ropes was very insensitive and basically told me all the pain I was going through was in my head. I went to a different urologist in Virginia, MN and was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis. Which runs in my family and I told Dr. Ropes that my Gradmother had this disease. He made me and my mother feel completely hopeless and I cried immediately after leaving his office contemplating giving up on my 2 year search for answers and help. Luckily I found hope in Virginia and can live as close of a normal life that I can.
