Out of network for my very common dental insurance. Asked about charges and they quoted that it would only cost $20-$30 per child for routine exam, cleaning and xrays.

Paid the $30 per child up front. They billed our insurance. Received a balance bill for $340 for the 2 children. This of course is after paying $60 and our insurance picking up their part.
