Their office was well organized and clean and the personnel we extremely nice. They were prepared for my appointment and remembered everything about me. They took my concerns seriously so much so that the Dr laid out a complete senario for every eventuality before ever looking in my mouth.

However, I wouldn't recommend them for several reasons: the price is higher than average (probably due to the fantastically interesting bells and whistles e.g. they took a picture of my tooth and put up an enlarged picture on the TV screen for me to see and discuss - this is not an x-ray picture, they had those, too, enlarged and up on a TV screen).
And, they wanted full payment up front - if pay with check or cash, you get a discount. Even with the discount, their price was higher than other dentists.
The temporary fix they charged me for, did not last for even four hours.

Nice people but I am not going back.

Dr coats misled me into thinking he would accept my insurance policy with Cigna. He never contacted them to see how much they would cover and so I proceeded to let him make a crown. Two months after I first saw him he tells me I owe the full amount of a new crown which is $1600. He basically lied to me to get my business. All dentists call the insurance and get a quote as to the amount they cover. It's his job to do this. He is the first dentist to lie to me like this.
