Great dentist and a great office. I have a hard time believing the reviewer here who said they weren't up front about costs and insurance. They always make it very clear that they can't guarantee anything regarding insurance copays until a claim has been submitted. Which makes sense--it's my insurance policy, and I should know what's covered and what isn't. I've had cleanings, fillings, and a root canal/crown at the office, and every experience has been good.

Dr. Blehm's staff were unable to provide reliable information to my wife and I. They assured us that our insurance was covered when it wasn't. They did little to provide assistance and were unable to accept responsibility for the errors in information that they provided us. Their communications with us regarding this issue were more than disappointing and we feel their practice lacks responsibility.
