Had an appointment for a simple rootless tooth extraction that was causing pain and bleeding.

Waited for over 1.5 hours to get called in. Once in, was told they had run out of time and instead of explaining what needed to occur with the extraction, they tried to sell me over $5,000 worth of other work.

When asked about why they couldn't do the procedure I was told conflicting stories (one person said they looked at the x-rays and it was going to be a complicated oral surgery, another finally said it was an extremely simple $15 procedure, but they just couldn't fit it in).

I was rushed out of the exam room, and when I asked questions to the front desk staff, they immediately treated me like I was being hostile and then couldn't find my file.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE!!!
