They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I was not happy with the fact I was not there for a cleaning but a consultation. Insurance only covers cleanings every 6 months not 3 months. Four x-rays were taken and only one turned out--charged for four. Very pushy on scheduling the next six month cleaning when I already have a regular dentist. When I called to schedule an appointment I made it clear to the receptionist this was only for a consultation. Will not return since they like to do unnecessary charges.

My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
