I've posted this review numerous places as I want as many people as possible to see it. I hope I can save even one person the trouble I've had with this place.

DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously, please save yourself the trouble, and do not go to this place. This is perhaps the worst dental office I have ever been to. I have no clue how they have any repeating patients. I had some dental work done there somewhat recently, and was told beforehand that it would cost me under $200. About a month afterward, I received a bill for almost $400. After trying to contact the office for months and getting random one off answers, I was finally told that my insurance wasn't covering my procedure (which the office specifically told me they would) and that I had to pay the remaining amount. When I asked them why I should be penalized for them telling me the incorrect amount, the woman just told me that she apologized but that they offer a payment plan. I ended up getting into contact with the corporate office, and after my case was talked over I was told that they were sorry but I would have to cover the cost. At this point there is nothing I can do but pay it so that it doesn't hurt my credit. I looked into complaining on the better business bureau, but upon going to the site, it looks like they ignore everything from there. Seriously, please do not go to this place. I really hope that my review can save at least one person from making the mistake that I did.
