I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The office is located in my community, so it is very convenient for me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've been going here for years.
