This dentist did a surgical procedure on all 3 of my kids without informing me first. I did not sign consent nor was I ever told what they were going to do before they did it. This happened while I waited in the waiting room with my youngest daughter. When I inquired about why they did that I was told to stop bad mouthing them in their office and to get out. They dismissed my entire family. I have filed a complaint with the WV Board of Dental Examiners.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
