Do not go to this office if you wish to have any decent customer service from the front counter, at all. Teena, who cleans teeth, is awesome with children and Dr. Bell is knowledgeable, but he obviously does not try to hire anyone for the counter who is able to relate to the patient. My wife has been a patient there for 18 years, and we made appts for our family to have teeth cleaned for her and the kids, and a broken tooth fixed for me. Unfortunately, in 3 conversations, no one at their office asked what insurance we use now. Yes, I should have asked, but when I recommended that they ALSO do so as a patient courtesy, I received absolutely NO decency at all. I am left to wonder how long my tooth will remain in my jaw with half of it broken and a cross-the-country move upcoming next week. I am SO glad we will never again be doing any business with this dentist.
