This dentist routinely make patients wait 1-2 hours after a scheduled appointment before being seen. I've, on no less than four occasions, been the first patient of the day and had to wait over an hour for a dentist running extremely late. Not once have I ever had an apology or an explanation.

Worse yet, Windsor has a horrible habit of sending out bills for services years in the past. This is obviously a scam as they make you pay for service the day it's performed, even with insurance.
