Dentist is wonderful with our (special needs) son & very respectful of our decision to not use fluoride or metal fillings (once we made a point that is was an educated decision). However, we ran into an emergency the morning of our son's (Monday) appointment & even though we called immediately & over 3 hours before the appointment time, we were talked down to with an attitude & rescheduled for 2 months out. When we asked if there was anything sooner or a cancellation list, the receptionist said, "yah, if you would've given us at least 24-hour notice." Absolutely rude & uncalled for. Emergencies happen & we were willing to present proof.
service is great with doc baker.... but billing is not good ... sent me a nasty letter (cert ) they paid 6 dollars to send out for a 16 dollar bill , yet was going to keep a 200 dollar credit from my insurance company !!!!!
