I was a patient at Dental Associates and I must warn you, they are ALL ABOUT MONEY!! I was billed for services that I DID NOT receive. I spoke with Valerie in Orthodontic billing about the balance which was well over $1400 and I asked her why I was billed for services I never received. She was very RUDE towards me and she did not seem interested in discussing why I was billed for orthodontic services that I never received. I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone!!

Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. The result of their carelessness and neglect meant that I needed to get an implant. I had to get a real dentist from another provider to evaluate my problem. Over the months of repeated check-ups with Dental Associates the damage continues to get worse. The root canal that they performed was the source of the pain. They ignored my complaints of pain apparently. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. (and a lot of expense!)
