I decided it was time for my Mom to get new dentures, so i took her to affordable dentures. After waiting all morning we finally were able to sit in to op chair. I talked to the receptionist as we waited, not knowing she is very dumb when it came to the information i needed. i then asked here when are we going to see the doctor? she told me he was in surgery, i became very impatient we have been waiting since 7:45 and my mom needed to get some rest. i over heard the doctor say "tell that bitch to wait", I could believe my ears. i was pissed how could he say that then he referred to the patient in the surgery chair as trailer trash and how nasty she is because. i peaked my head around. just to see. when i did this i saw the doctor drop an instrument he got out of the drawer on the floor he quickly picked it up as if he didn't contaminated it, he ran it under the sink and headed back to surgery omg he did not just do that. shortly after he came to our room, I asked do you treat all your pt the same? he smiled and said yes as if i was referring to something good. he apologized about the wait then yelled at the receptionist and asked where is my x-ray. is she even qualified for taking x rays i asked. he didn't even respond he went back to the women in the chair the dental assistant came in from getting food and yelled lunch is here. then she came in the room saying i need to take a x-ray she smelled like weed and cigarettes her eyes were red. at that time i decided to leave i know these are not the type of people i want working on my mom. A gay doctor who sounds like a girl and trailer trash dental assistant that's high.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
