WORST "dental office" ever!!!!!!! I went in for a routine cleaning only to be told they could not give me a traditional cleaning because they determined I had gum disease that requires a more thorough/involved cleaning. Never mind that the hygienist stabbed every inch of gum tissue in my mouth when doing her exam with the periodontal probe, she stabbed it far down so that I would read numbers higher than 3. Numbers above 3mm indicate signs of gum disease.

I was then given the costs, what ins will pay and what my out of pocket amount, I believe it was just over $500. BUT, hey you get a free teeth whitening.
While I was waiting for the hygienist to return I overheard the hygienist in the next area telling her patient the exact same thing, but he had no insurance. So, his treatment would involve lots of flossing and using an electric toothbrush.
Needless to say, I was going to get a second opinion. I requested my x-rays and left the office. Went to a new dentist that my sister referred me to and I have absolutely no signs of gum disease. The measurements Dental works took of my gums were all 4 to 5mm. The hygienist at the new office took the measurements, nothing above a 3. The new hygienist also did NOT stab me with the periodontal probe.
I am submitting this review in hopes that anyone who uses this office and is uncomfortable with the "diagnoses" that they follow their gut and get a 2nd opinion. Additionally, I have filed a complaint with my insurance company to warn them about the practices at this office

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
