Do NOT use this dentist office. I missed an appointment due to a major family emergency and called the following day to re-schedule. I went to the rescheduled appointment but the Dr. had left due to maternity issues so I saw a different hygienist that was a hack and a different dentist that popped in for 2 seconds and left. It was determined that I needed a filling (the dentist missed it in his rush to leave that day) and the hygienist scheduled the follow up because she was the one that caught it. That follow up appointment was cancelled on me due to the Dr. again needing to leave because of a Maternity issue. I had to reschedule. I rescheduled and was just called and informed that I am being dis-enrolled from their practice because I missed an appointment. I explained the scenario and the Practice Manager Ashley said she didn't care. When I told her my wife would no longer go to this office she said she didn't care about that either. HORRIBLE SERVICE. This is after I had an appoinemnt scheduled for the filling AGAIN this coming Monday and have already taken the time off of work. Their Dr. missed 2 of my appointments and that was fine, I had to re-schedule and I am the villain, and now I have an afternoon off on a Monday that I didn't need to take off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DENTIST WHEN THEIR ARE HUNDREDS OF GOOD DENTISTS YOU COULD SEE THAT ACTUALLY SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS!!!! I don't know about you but my time is valuable to me.
