The representative who answered the phone recalled my husband and I missed our appointments from the beginning of the year 2018. But she could not remember being on the phone with me when she was not certain if she took our insurance. She apparently did not cancel the appointments because she was inept and could not put two and two together. One year later she was able to make complete sentences about insurance. We don't make appointments and not keep them. If you don't take our insurance CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT.
