They nickel and dime you. My insurance has covered my cleanings in every state and location I have lived working for the same company with the same insurance. However, with these guys I still get a bill after my insurance has gone through. My first visit cost me almost $2000 because of all the work needing done. I have gone to numerous other dentists over the past few years with no problems just cleanings needing done. They were nice but seem to really focus on billing as much as they can. My family and I are looking for a new dentist.

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me.

I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. If you have a cavity they recommend root canals in a heart beat! Completely unecessary.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They overcharge by 20% compared to average pricing in dentist (I called around). They will also recommend items that are not covered by insurance! They are in it for the money!

Stay away, they are untrustworthy.
