I went there about 3 years ago. It looked ok at the time. I had some visits and there was no problem until my last visit when they said they had to crown a tooth so I said ok and they did a root canal then drilled it almost down to nothing then at the end of the visit they said your coverage is Maxed out so you have to wait until it refreshes to finish the tooth. I learned I was having medical problems so I had to quit my driving job, so no more insurance. The tooth basically fell out. They have no record of that today. Also when you call you never know what office you will get since they forward the calls to the office that is open and since they do not share information you never know if you can get help!

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. I've never doubted their abilities. I am impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I am glad they are close to where I live (the Tacoma office). They go to great lengths to work within the boundaries of our insurance plan and to make sure there are no unpleasant surprises. The people are always pleasant to deal with. The building and office are modest - this is not a practice aimed at a high-income demographic - but the equipment at this office seems safe and current, and I've received very capable care. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new, and clean. I do recommend Anzi Dental.
