If you are looking for one Doctor to build a trust & relationship with..this is not the place, you will see a different MD nearly every time, It is impossible to schedule same day appointment's & even same week appointments. The desk staff are friendly enough, one nurse is cold & unfriendly. I feel most Doctors at CHC Lynnwood do not go out of their way to help me, & I should know because every time I go in for an appointment, I have to see a new doctor...very discomforting. I feel like my needs are sometimes met when I am able to see a good doctor,witch seems rare, so I often leave with unanswered questions & wonder If a few MD's here are looking up symptoms or medical info on the internet during appointments to try and diagnose me, as they make sure I cant see there computer screen... I know they hide the screen to conceal other patients names that might be visible to others,but that type info should not be on there screen a few moments, so why hide what they are doing on the computer from patients? Makes me uneasy, a good MD should not be looking at the computer the whole visit. There are some good MD's at CHC that I felt listen to me & went that extra mile, but they are only there once in a while & usually are there only 3-6 months, after that they have an option to stay permanently, but most all choose to leave. I'm not sure why this happens, I think new MD's out of school will work at little clinics like CHC to gain experience and then leave for a position that makes more cash.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
