They always explain my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was very comfortable the entire time. Great group of people in their office. I have been going there for 18 years.

My husband and I have both seen Dr. Kim since he took over the practice, even though we've moved away from the immediate area. My husband tried another provider for a short while but was put off by the inefficiency of the office staff and went back to Dr. Kim. For convenience, our children see a dentist closer to home but when our son needed some highly visible work on his front teeth we took him to Dr. Kim. The staff is efficient and personable and Cathy the hygienist is fabulous! They all know how to do things right - from setting the appointment to billing the insurance.
