WORST!!!!! Go to some far away if needed. This office is nothing but a huge SCAM and incompetence!!! Huge waste of time twice in a row and driving a long distance and time to go there for NOTHING!! Here is what happened... I had already been there for jaw pain and did all the recommendations of night guards, anti inflammatories, muscle relaxers, jaw relaxations, the works. The next step he told me was to try to see if Botox injections in the jaw would work. So I went to the next appointment to get the botox injection in my jaw. He put a needle in around the jaw area and then I asked how long until I would know if it helps and he then informed me that he had not injected any Botox, they were out of it and that he tried to see if just poking the needle into the jaw would help. I told him I feel no different and be said "that's unfortunate". He said come back and we will do Botox next time (I'm quite irritated but ok) he was leaving for vacation so I had to wait. I called the office yesterday to see if I come on Wednesday this week I needed to drive to Seattle that day. The lady on the phone said he is not in on Wednesdays but could see if the other doctor could do the injection instead since I will be making the drive. She said she would find out and call me cack. Now Tuesday the next day I called because I had not heard anything and she said the doctor will try to call me later today. My anxious to get this done to see if it helps, I told her you know what, I will just come today since he is in. Can I come today to get the botox injection. She said yes, come at 2:00. So I take the drive again and I get there at 2:00 and the doctor comes and AGAIN tells me that they are out of Botox and can't do the injection. He says "I can do an exam on you" know I'm very very mad. I told him NO I'm not paying for an exam and came here now twice and be charged when both times it was for a Botox injection and both times you are out of Botox. Then I tell him to come out from with me and discuss with scheduling why they scheduled me for Botox when there is no Botox. So we both walk up there and the lady who scheduled me said I went and talked to the office manager and she told me we were out of Botox when I put you on hold (so there you go, even with broken English she knew they were out of Botox and they had her schedule me anyways) even the office manager came out and said she told the scheduler that there was no Botox but to schedule me anyway for an exam. I NEVER said I wanted an exam. This point the doctor walks off and nobody would answer me as to why they had me come for an appointment to come in 3 hours ago when they all knew I was coming for Botox and they were out of it. What a RACKET!! Then the doctor started walking back and came and said to remove me as a patient and the office manager told me to leave and not come back. I had my own choice words back and while I was walking out the door. DO NOT WASTE UOUR TIME OR MONDY HERE!
