They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have been a patient "long-term" and it's been a wonderful experience: staff has low turnover (fairly-someone did retire) and Dr. Jean himself though busy makes every effort to be certain you are comfortable during any work, and I have had to have a lot of work done-I walked in there after nearly 15+ years of pretty much no dental care-or spotty, as insurance issues had forced me to divert funds, but anyhow, it's been a positive experience. And now that they know me-I show up-everything is ready, and it's wonderful. I do have special medical needs as an RSD patient, and Dr. Jean also made a point to talk to my specialists and then do the work-very responsible, as it can casue the disease to spread to my face-and it's already painful enough. It's been Imho, with minimal discomfort as far as the amount of work that's had to be done-excellent place to go although-look BEHIND Century 21!
