It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
