I'm not overly impressed with this office. After being a client here for a few years, I have decided to leave. The girl who works the front desk most of the time is often rude. The dentist himself is okay...but he often has odd conversations with his staff while working on my teeth. The staff doesn't seem to connect with him very well. One of his dental assistants always sprays me with so much water (that goes down my shirt and everywhere) that I feel I've just had a shower when I leave there. I thought at first she was new and learning...but I've had this experience several times and she's not any better.
The last straw for me was when a cavity filling failed. I don't think it was from lack of skill...it just happens sometimes. It was the lack of concern or compassion from the dentist that bothered me. After having to go through the procedure a second time around, how hard is it to have a staff member call to make sure things went smoothly?
Please let me mention the best part of this office. One of the professional hygenists. I wish I could remember her name, because she deserves it. She is always friendly and caring and does a great job. She is the only reason I have continued at this office for as long as I have.
